Before you pay

• Visit the property or arrange a trusted inspection.
• Confirm the address, room, total costs and person receiving money.
• Read a written lease and keep proof of every payment.
• Do not pay because someone creates artificial urgency.

Report a concern

Use “Report” on a property for misleading photos, incorrect prices, fake landlords, suspicious payment requests or harassment. Resroute records the report for admin investigation.
