How Resroute handles your information

Resroute collects account, property, application and message information needed to operate the accommodation marketplace. Identity and authority evidence is private and is never shown on public listings.

Resroute accounts

Resroute stores your email address, name and a salted password hash. If you choose Google sign-in, we also store your Google account identifier and verified email. Google handles your Google password; Resroute never receives it. A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 180 days and is renewed during active use; signing out revokes that session. We do not store your password in readable form.

Verification documents

Pending identity and authority files are available only to the submitting landlord and authorised Resroute administrators. The uploaded files are deleted after a review decision, replacement or withdrawal. Resroute keeps the decision, review dates, consent record and audit history.

Your choices

You can edit your profile and withdraw landlord verification. You may request access, correction or deletion through your account or the Resroute administrator. Some records may need to be retained for fraud prevention, legal obligations and audit integrity.

Security

Private files use protected server routes, restricted storage keys, file validation and role checks. No system can promise zero risk, so Resroute collects only information needed for the stated workflow.
